Every year, in February, under the FULL MOON, the annual ALMOND BLOSSOM ROUTE
Night Walk is held on the island of Ibiza.
Absolute highlight of every newborn year is the flowering period of the

The exact period of blossom depends on the quantity of sun and warmth in
the resting period of the trees, and will be somewhere between mid-December and

The overwhelming sweet scent of thousands of wonderful flowers is

Night Walk is held in the beautiful valley of
Participants to the walk gather around
20.00 hrs at the municipality house of
San Antonio from where
the group will start their walk, through the scented, flowering
ORCHARDS towards their destination
Around 23.00 hrs. they will be welcomed by the APIMA, the association of the
parents of the students of the school,
(Associacion Pare y Mare Alumnos in Spanish), who will sell sobrasada
(Ibiza sausages), cake and cafè caleta (typical,
small cup of Ibicenc coffee with lots of alcohol), thick, warm chocolate milk etc.
